Todd Simms, an expert in hotel revenue management, is known for a collaborative approach to leveraging technology and data analytics that drive profitability and enhance guest experiences. With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Todd has held various leadership roles, and consistently demonstrates a knack for strategic thinking and operational excellence. Todd began his career in operational roles in hotels, where his keen analytical skills and forward-thinking mindset quickly set him apart. Over the years, he has worked with some of the world’s leading hotels including Hilton and Accor. Todd holds a Diploma in hospitality and an MBA from University of Canterbury and is the current ARMA Advisory Board President. Todd is also co-creator of Celebrate YOU – Tourism Employee Awards.

Madhavi Nagarajan
Madhavi Nagarajan is Sales Director, Duetto and formerly Head of Revenue & Distribution at The Ascott Limited in Australia, where she led revenue management strategies across the Ascott Australia properties.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality sector, Madhavi has held several key positions, including Operations Manager and Group Revenue Manager at Punthill Apartment Hotels, and various strategic roles at Quest Apartment Hotels. Her extensive background has equipped her with a profound understanding of revenue optimisation and strategic planning, making her a vital leader in adapting to evolving market trends and enhancing profitability in the competitive accommodation industry.

Katrina Wallace
Katrina Wallace serves as the Director of Revenue at NRMA Parks and Resorts. Based in Coolangatta, she has spearheaded the execution of revenue management strategies across the organisation, playing a pivotal role in the coordination of daily, weekly, and monthly statistics and trends that shape the company’s pricing, distribution, and occupancy strategies.
Prior to her current role, Katrina was the Regional Revenue Manager at Mantra Group from June 2005 to June 2013, where she managed revenue operations for 23 properties. Her responsibilities included overseeing room rates and inventory management to achieve target RevPAR, conducting detailed market segment forecasts, and implementing pricing strategies. Her earlier role as Yield Manager at Constellation Hotel Group further honed her skills in revenue management.

Emily McBride
Emily McBride is a dynamic leader and entrepreneur, renowned for her adept ability to enhance business profitability through her extensive expertise in governance, human resources, finance, and revenue management. In October 2023, she founded a consultancy based in Australia that operates on a hybrid model, allowing her to reach and transform businesses nationwide. Emily’s has more than twenty years of multifaceted experience, through which she has honed a unique capability to streamline operations and elevate organisational performance across various industries including community services, hospitality, and aged and disability care.
Her former positions include Acting Manager for Aged & Disability services at MacDonnell Regional Council, General Manager South Stradbroke Operations Pty Ltd, Regional Support Operations Manager, Discovery Parks Group and Acting General Manager, Aldesta Hotels and Resorts. Emily holds a Bachelor of Community Services at UNE, Advanced Diploma of Leadership, Management and Business Administration and is a graduate of the Graduate Certificate in Revenue Management.

Georgina Williams

Georgina Williams is a seasoned leader with decades of experience in the hospitality industry.
Prior to supporting ARMA, Georgina held prominent positions at Elanor Investors Group, Pegasus Hospitality, BWH Hotel Group, and SilverNeedle Hospitality Group. As Head of Commercial for Hotels, Tourism, and Leisure at Elanor Investors Group, she demonstrated her ability to drive revenue growth and develop strategic alliances.
Further, Georgina’s impact extends to industry-wide initiatives. She played a crucial role in orchestrating the highly successful Tourism Employee Awards by ARMA, underscoring her dedication to advancing the sector. With her passion for the industry and commitment to excellence, Georgina continues to make a significant impact in the hospitality sector.

Rodney Vanderwaals, CPA
Manager, Industry Partnerships (Academia)
Rodney Vanderwaals is a CPA-qualified finance and business analysis professional with experience across aviation, travel, government, facilities management, property, construction and the pharmaceutical sector.
Rodney began his career with Qantas Holidays, a Qantas subsidiary specialising in tour wholesale and accommodation, while completing his accounting studies part-time at university. During this time, he discovered his passion was not in traditional accounting functions, but in the analytical side of business – interpreting financial data to support better commercial decision-making.
He later joined Qantas, where he moved into analytical roles that focused on financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting. This experience cemented his interest in working with data, numbers and people to drive insight and performance.
Following his time with Qantas, Rodney built a diverse career working across multiple industries in finance and business partnering roles, supporting teams with analysis, financial planning and performance insights.
Through his work and professional engagement, Rodney brings a strong analytical perspective and practical understanding of how financial data can inform strategic and operational decisions.

Nicole Hollmann

Nicole Hollmann is a seasoned revenue management specialist whose career spans various high-profile roles across the globe. Formerly the Senior Revenue Manager at ARMA, Nicole now serves as the qualified assessor for the 10940NAT – Course in Revenue and Yield Management Fundamentals. Nicole has demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth and optimising rate management strategies for members. Her expertise is marked by significant contributions at notable establishments such as Novotel Sydney International Airport and Best Western Australasia, where she leveraged her deep industry knowledge to enhance revenue performance and maximise profitability. Nicole’s skill set includes advanced capabilities in revenue and rate management, underpinned by a strategic approach to market dynamics and pricing models.
Nicole honed her skills in the United Kingdom and Germany, serving as a Cluster Revenue Manager for Hilton Worldwide in London and a Revenue Manager for Novotel Munich Messe. These international roles enriched her perspective and equipped her with a global understanding of the hospitality industry’s financial drivers. Her earlier position as a Service Delivery Specialist with Lighthouse in Sydney further diversified her expertise. Nicole’s career is a testament to her dedication to excellence and innovation in revenue management, making her a valuable leader in the ever-evolving hospitality sector.
