Celebrate You – Tourism Employee Awards 2024

Event Overview: The “Celebrate You – Tourism Employee Awards 2024” (hereafter referred to as “the Event”) is hosted by the Tourism Employee Association, a division of the Australian Revenue Management Association (ARMA). The awards ceremony will take place onboard the vessel “The Jackson.”


  1. Nominations are open to individuals employed within the tourism industry in Australia.
  2. Nominees must meet the specific criteria outlined for each award category.
  3. Employees of the Tourism Employee Association and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Nomination Process:

  1. Nominations must be submitted by the specified deadline through the official Event website.
  2. All submitted information must be accurate and complete.

Judging Process:

  1. Entries will be judged by a panel of industry experts appointed by the Tourism Employee Association.
  2. All judging decisions are final and binding.
  3. Judges reserve the right to disqualify entries that do not meet eligibility criteria or exhibit non-compliance with the terms and conditions.

Winners Announcement:

  1. Winners will be announced during the awards ceremony on The Jackson.
  2. The Tourism Employee Association will notify winners privately before the public announcement.

Event Conduct:

  1. Attendees must adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines outlined by the event organisers and the vessel operator.
  2. Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without refund.
  3. All delegates are responsible for their own travel arrangements and costs if they decide to attend the event.

Photography and Videography:

  1. The Tourism Employee Association reserves the right to capture photographs and videos during the event for promotional purposes.
  2. Attendees may be photographed or recorded and their likeness may be used in event-related materials.


  1. Attendees participate at their own risk.
  2. The Tourism Employee Association, the Australian Revenue Management Association (ARMA), and The Jackson vessel operators are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the Event.

Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Tourism Employee Association reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated through official channels.

By participating in the Celebrate You – Tourism Employee Awards 2024, attendees agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
